Nordic Walking
Get the most out of your workout time with Nordic Walking. Nordic Walking recruits total-body and turns walking into one of the most effective forms of exercise. Nordic Walking was originally developed as summer training for professional long runners. After recognizing the numerous advantages of Nordic Walking, the word was spread around quickly that Nordic Walking is a sport for everyone.
Nordic Walking is the most elegant and most
effective in an easily hilly area. By different stressing with the
on and descent, the Nordic Walking sticks becomes more effective.
You do not need any more than one run equipment and the Nordic
Walking sticks.
Location
Roland's Sports has several locations, it all
depends on where you live. We always try to have a location in your
neighborhood. Arrive at all classes at
least 15 minutes before start time. We leave promptly at start time
and wouldn't want to leave anyone behind.
Prices
Prices are on request. Classes will be cancelled in severe or unsafe
weather. Your local instructor will contact you and will make a new
appointment with the group.
